Your data

Delete your Kemia account

Open Kemia and go to Settings → Privacy & Data → Delete My Data.

You may also request deletion by emailing support@kemia.app from the email associated with your account.

What may be removed or anonymised

• Account identifiers and profile data
• Assessment responses and personal scores
• Report access and AI assistant history
• Support records linked to your account

Limited retention

Purchase, security, fraud-prevention or legally required records may be retained in limited form.
