Kemia is a human-intelligence platform that helps people understand personal, relationship and group dynamics. This policy explains the information we collect and how it is used.
Information we collect
Account and profile information may include first name, last name, email address, date of birth, gender, country, preferred language, authentication provider and account identifiers. Assessment responses and deterministic scores are stored separately from profile information.
Authentication
Kemia may support email/password and third-party sign-in providers such as Apple, Google and Microsoft. Providers may supply verified email, name or locale information. Missing mandatory profile fields may be requested during onboarding.
Assessment and reports
Assessment responses are processed to produce deterministic scores. Pair and group reports require the appropriate participation and consent. Access can be revoked according to product rules.
AI report assistance
AI may be used only as a bounded narrative layer. Kemia avoids sending unnecessary profile data or raw answers. AI does not create or alter deterministic scores.
Purchases
Subscription and purchase status may be processed by Apple, Google and subscription-management providers.
Your controls
You may request export, deletion or revocation of shared access through the app or by contacting support@kemia.app.
Data use
Kemia does not sell personal compatibility data. Information is retained only as reasonably necessary to operate the service, meet legal obligations, prevent abuse and maintain essential audit records.
