Delete Account

Delete your Kemia account

To delete your Kemia account, open the app and go to Settings → Privacy & Data → Delete My Data.

You may also request deletion by emailing support@kemia.app from the email associated with your account. Account deletion removes or anonymizes personal data according to our Privacy Policy. Shared reports may be removed or made inaccessible according to mutual consent and data rights rules.

What may be deleted or anonymized

• Your account identifiers and profile data.
• Your assessment responses and private scores.
• Your AI report-assistant history associated with your account.
• Shared artifacts where deletion or consent rules require removal or loss of access.

What may be kept

We may retain limited records where required for security, fraud prevention, transaction records, legal compliance, audit logs, or to show that a deletion request has been completed.
