Delete in the app
Open Settings, choose Account, select Delete account, review the consequences, and confirm using the available verification step.

Request deletion by email
Email support@kemia.app from the address connected to the account and state that you want the Kemia account deleted. Solve’em LLC may request reasonable verification.
- Use the account email where possible
- Do not send a password
- Respond to reasonable identity verification
What deletion changes
Account access, assessment inputs, and personal report data are removed or de-identified as applicable, while limited records may remain for legitimate legal or security reasons. Shared-report access can also change.
- Personal account access ends
- Eligible personal data is removed or de-identified
- Shared views may become unavailable or incomplete
Deleting an account removes the account owner's access and personal report data subject to limited legal and security retention. A shared report may become unavailable or lose the deleted participant's content; another participant does not gain ownership of it.
