These Terms govern your use of Kemia. Kemia helps adults understand compatibility dynamics with people already in their life through private, consent-based reports.

Adult-only use
Kemia is for adults 18+ only. By using Kemia, you confirm that you are 18 or older.
What Kemia provides
Kemia provides compatibility insights, report summaries, conversation prompts, and practical agreements. Kemia is designed for personal understanding and communication support.
Consent rules
Pair reports require participation and consent from both people. You may not answer on behalf of another person, secretly check compatibility with another person, or use Kemia to profile someone without their participation.
Subscriptions and purchases
Some features require a paid subscription or one-time purchase, billed through your app store account. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your app store's subscription settings. Refunds are handled under the policies of the store where you made the purchase.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse Kemia, attempt to access another user's data, reverse engineer security controls, use reports to harass or manipulate others, or use reports for employment, housing, credit, insurance, or other eligibility decisions about another person.
No professional advice
Kemia is not therapy, medical advice, legal advice, financial advice, employment advice, or crisis support. Kemia does not diagnose people or relationships.
Account deletion
You can request account deletion in the app through Settings → Privacy & Data → Delete My Data. You can also email support@kemia.app.
Limitation of liability
Kemia is provided on an as-available basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kemia is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service.
